I recently met Nora Pouillon, after reading her autobiography and admiring her for years. I was able to eat at Restaurant Nora with her, my daughter, and members of Les Dames D’Escoffier International. Farm to Family — using Davis Farmers Market Cookbook

Kate Washington did a beautiful job in today’s Sacramento Bee Food Section feature story  (12/21/16) on gifts from your garden or the farmers market to your friends and family. As I said in my interview with her, who doesn’t want a cute basket of Navel oranges and Meyer lemons? I just gave a basket of those yesterday to a friend.
